RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Bounce by Keke Jones, all sales are final due to the hygienic nature of hair products. Please read carefully before purchasing.
❌ NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS if:
• Hair has been installed, worn, combed, brushed, cut, dyed, bleached, or altered
• Lace has been cut or customized
• Product shows signs of wear, odor, or product use
• Original packaging has been damaged or removed
Once hair is worn or altered, it cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.

✅ ELIGIBLE RETURNS (RARE CASES ONLY)
Returns are accepted ONLY IF:
• Item is unused and uninstalled
• Lace is uncut
• Hair is in original condition
• Product is returned in original packaging
• Return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
