Once shipped, orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Tracking will be provided.

At Bouncee by Keke Jones, each order is carefully handled with quality and hygiene in mind. For this reason, all sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for hair that has been installed, worn, altered, colored, cut, bleached, or customized in any way. Items with cut lace, signs of wear, product use, odor, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
